The Blacksmith, 1936
This sculpture was&nbsp;made in 1936 by Ásmundur Sveinsson in Copenhagen. It depicts a blacksmith who leans against his anvil. In 1955, Sveinsson enlarged&nbsp;The Blacksmith&nbsp;in concrete and it now stands by the street Snorrabraut in Reykjavík. The work shows the strength of the working class.
