CLUB SCARF is a machine knitted scarf made from extra fine merino wool in the Netherlands. It is designed by the artist Sigrúna Gyða Sveinsdóttir, who has a work in the exhibition Vitamin D in Hafnarhús.
The scarf is intended as a symbol of unity. Whether you're on the team doing their best to curb climate change, the team promoting peace and philanthropy, or the team helping you get off the couch on a rough Monday. In this way, the half-time is used as a time of decision-making for positive changes.
CLUB SCARF comes in three different color combinations, in an edition of 15 in each color, and is on sale for 12,500 ISK in Reykjavík Art Museum's museum shop, Hafnarhús.
