Various spaces can be rented in Reykjavík Art Museum’s buildings for receptions and events.
The buildings of the Reykjavík Art Museum are in three locations: Hafnarhús, Kjarvalsstaðir and Ásmundarsafn.
Generally, rentals are intended to take place outside the museum’s regular opening hours, except for closed meetings.

Daily rental of multipurpose hall for half a day: ISK 80,000.
Daily rental of multipurpose hall for a whole day: ISK 113,000.
Evening rental of multipurpose hall 0-4 hours: ISK 160,000.
Evening rental of multipurpose hall 4+ hours: ISK 192,000.
Evening rental of Open Courtyard 0-4 *: ISK 608,000.
Evening rental of Open Courtyard 4 *: ISK 730,000.
*Amount including VAT, the cost of tent/awning rental and high pressure cleaning of the Open Courtyard is added to the rental price.
Kjarvalsstaðir:
Daily rental meeting room for half a day: ISK 55,400.
Daily rental of meeting room for a whole day: ISK 86,500.
Evening rental of meeting room for half a day: ISK 118,700.
Evening rental of main hall 0-4 hours: ISK 267,000.
Evening rental of main hall for 4+ hours: ISK 404,000.
Ásmundarsafn:
Evening rental of main hall for 0-4 hours: ISK 242,000.
Evening rental of main hall for 4+ hours: ISK 309,000.
