Graphic Design in Iceland

The Association of Icelandic Graphic Designers celebrated its fiftieth anniversary a year ago. The object of this exhibition is to celebrate this turning point and shed light on the ever growing profession of graphic design.

We who live in the present often look at it with numb eyes and everyday objects are seldom given much notice. Everyday objects, or crafts, reflect and record the thoughts and zeitgeist with more finess and insight than is possible within sociology and history.
