Artist Melanie Ubaldo (1992) has received a grant from The Svavar Guðnason and Ásta Eiríksdóttir Art Award. The grant was awarded at the National Gallery of Iceland.
A large artwork by Melanie is currently on view at the exhibition Abrakadabra at Reykjavík Art Museum Hafnarhús. The work, Is there any Icelander working here? (2018), welcomes visitors when entering the museum.
