Step into a dreamscape of mysticism, imagination and inner stillness.

Join us for an intimate yoga immersion at the Reykjavík Art Museum – Kjarvalsstaðir, surrounded by the spiritual and fantastical works of Jóhannes Sveinsson Kjarval. Set in the heart of the Dreamland exhibition, featuring mystical beings, divine landscapes and symbolic imagery, this unique experience will guide you inward through an all-level, all-encompassing YNDI Yoga practice.

We’ll begin by tuning into the subtle energies of the artwork and move through a powerful sequence designed to clear the mind, restore balance and awaken the imagination. The evening will close with a special meditation underscored by a healing sound resonance experience, inviting deep peace and clarity while immersed in the vibrant presence of Kjarval’s visionary world.

Influenced by myth, theosophy and the mystical traditions of artists like William Blake and Einar Jónsson, Kjarval’s paintings invite us to explore a world beyond the tangible. In this sacred space of movement and stillness, art and body unite; opening the door to a transcendent inner journey.

All are welcome.

Please bring a yoga mat.
