IUA: Technology and Changes in Future Food Systems
Hörn Halldórudóttir Heiðarsdóttir has a B.Sc. in Industrial and Software Engineering from the University of Iceland and now works for FAO. She has studied the feasibility of high-tech greenhouse production in Iceland with scientists at Wageningen University and has gained vast knowledge on food systems and technological advancements in the food industry. Hörn is a part of Food Climate Partnership, an international team of specialists that researches GHG-emissions from the food system.
