Is This Art?

Educational and entertaining evenings focused on contemporary art on Good Thursdays 28. September and 30. November at 20h00. Conversationally pleasant evening with a cafe atmosphere and light refreshments offered. The hosts for these evenings are Markús Þór Andrésson, Chief Curator, Exhibitions and Public Engagement and Halla Margrét Jóhannesdóttir, Public Engagement Project Manager.

Do you sometimes find yourself scratching your head at art exhibitions? Or do you prefer not to set foot in an art museum at all?

The goal of the evening is to make it easier for visitors to enjoy art on their own terms, as it delves into the possible reasons why contemporary art is the way it is.
